Brett has spent more than 12 years in family ministry at Citylife Church in Wantirna, as the Children's Pastor. Under his care, Brett built the ministry up over those years managing 20+ staff, 400 volunteers and around 1,000 children across 3 church campuses.

Brett sees through Focus an opportunity to further his passion for marriage, families and children.

Brett has had a long association with Focus as a long time advocate and user of Focus' vast education and informational resources.

Brett is married to wife Kate and together they have 3 teenage sons Taylor, Lachlan and Cameron.
