I'm not sure about you but I found myself truly challenged by the message that Sott Higgins shared with us on Sunday about consuming responsibily. In our efforts to get the best deal we sometimes forget that our purchase continues to support an unethical system in other countries. So how can we determine what's in and what's out when it comes to our weekly purchases?

Just today someone sent me the link below that might be of great assistance to us all. On this site you can download a guide or get a application for your i-phone called 'Shop Ethical' that allows you to view a HEAP of products in the supermarket and find out if they are endorsed as ethical products or not. Check it out and see if it helps.  Happy Shopping!
